Acculex: Terms of Sale

Acculex Industrial Control Components are manufactured in accordance with ISO 900x and RoHS standards.

• Ordering options:
  1. Use the secure shopping cart in the upper right of your screen to place your order.
  2. You may also fax your order to 1-888-210-0119.
• Purchase Order or Visa / MasterCard / American Express accepted.
• Minimum Order: $70.00. In the case that an order is less than $70.00, HR Components will require the difference be added to the total to bring the total to $70.00. All orders must be a single release or blanket order with all releases scheduled within six months. Unless otherwise directed, no partial shipments will be made.
• Shipments are FOB Point of Origin. Shipments will be via Ground Service, unless otherwise directed. Shipping charges will be prepaid and added to invoice.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. IN THE EVENT OF A PRICE CHANGE THE UNSHIPPED PORTIONS OF ANY ORDER WILL BE INVOICED AT THE NEW PRICE.
• Payment
  1. Payment terms are 2% 10, Net 30 upon approval by HR Components.
  2. Accounts with balances exceeding 30 days will be subject to COD status.
  3. Accounts with balances exceeding 60 days will not be allowed new shipments and may be subject to legal action.
• HR Components offers no warranty beyond those offered by manufacturer of the products sold. HR Components will not be responsible for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages. No warranty will apply if any product is altered or modified after delivery by HR Components (other than authorized user calibration). Any material returned must have authorization from HR Components. Material returned under warranty will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of the manufacturer. Material returned for credit must be received by HR Components in condition as new equipment for resale. Non warranty returns will be subject to a 15% restocking charge or $25.00 whichever is greater.

• These terms may be modified without notice. The terms in effect at the time of sale shall apply.
